In our olive farm in Manisa, Turkey, we have olive grove of 38.000 Arbequina olive trees and we harvest them using both; natural and machine agricultural methods.

When the olives begin to purify by 10-30%, we are able to harvest the whole farm in a few days using our special harvesting machine.

We are able to bring together the best and ideal value in terms of quality and health by squeezing the collected olives in just couple of hours.

Unlike other farms, we are able to harvest 38,000 trees of this quality. Due to the type of property, we can achieve a range of less than 0.2% in acidity, high fruitiness and total polyphenol in the range 360-400. We offer this indispensable to gourmets special flavored olive oil to your tables
